Yes, and most clients do. Combined work is scoped as a single engagement with one proposal and one point of contact, rather than several disconnected projects billed separately.

You'll have a named point of contact for the whole engagement, authorised to make decisions and answer questions. You won't be handed between people or left chasing an inbox.

Usually, yes. Redesigns, rebuilds and integrations with what you already run are all normal work for us. We'll review what's there during scoping and tell you honestly whether improving it or replacing it is the better use of your budget.

They're indicative starting rates for standard-scope engagements. Every project is individually scoped, and you receive a written proposal with the exact deliverables, timeline and total price before any work begins. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

Yes. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, an initial deposit reserves your project slot and covers the discovery and planning phase. The balance is invoiced as set out in your proposal, with milestone invoicing available on larger engagements.

We'll tell you promptly and issue a revised proposal before doing any additional work. You'll never receive a surprise invoice for work you didn't approve.

Invoices are due 14 days from the invoice date unless your proposal states otherwise. Late balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
